Elements 5 Events

Elements 5 Events is tucked away in Mandaiveli at No 33/34, South Canal Bank Rd. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the main roads, which we like. We’ve been here for a bit now, working out of this space. Event planning is mostly about lists. We have lists for everything—vendors, timings, equipment, you name it. Our office is usually covered in sticky notes and scribbled reminders. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with different people. Sometimes it feels like we are just professional problem solvers. If something goes wrong at an event, we are the ones who have to figure it out on the fly. It can be exhausting, but we enjoy the challenge. We aren't a huge agency with a fancy office in a skyscraper. We’re just a local business in Mandaveli. We know the local shops and where to get the best lunch. Sometimes we have meetings sitting around a small table with tea and biscuits. It’s very informal. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on the details and make sure the event happens. It’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people don't see. We’re fine with that. It’s just how we do things here at Elements 5. We don't pretend to be something we aren't, we just focus on the task. It's a busy life.
