We are located over at number 45 in Shanmugapuram, which is part of the Ambathur industrial area. If you know Chennai, you know how busy and hot it gets around here. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can get our work done. Ambathur is full of factories and workshops, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighbors. There is usually the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. We usually wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. Most of the folks working here have been living in this part of town for years. We know the tea stalls around the corner and which ones have the best snacks in the evening. It’s a straightforward business. We show up early, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to finish. We don't talk about visions or goals much; we just worry about the quality of the work we are putting out today. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s our home. We’ve built a decent life here in Shanmugapuram by just being honest and working hard every single day without fail.
