Dr.Francis Raj Clinic

Dr.Francis Raj Clinic is located within the Central Revenue Quarter area of Anna Nagar West. It is very much a local neighborhood clinic. Most of the people who come to see us are from the quarters themselves or from the nearby streets in Anna Nagar. It is a small, modest setup without anything too grand about it. We have one room where Dr. Francis Raj sees his patients and a small area near the entrance where people wait for their turn. There are only a couple of us working here to help the doctor with the daily chores. Usually, people come in because they have a cold, a fever, or just need a general check-up to make sure they are doing okay. We have gotten to know many of the families around here because they have been coming to this clinic for a long time. The atmosphere is quite relaxed compared to the bigger hospitals in the city. We don't use any high-tech computers for our bookings; we mostly just use a large paper ledger to keep track of who is coming in. Sometimes it gets a bit tight in the waiting area when everyone shows up at once, but people don't seem to mind the wait too much. It is a practical place for folks who live nearby and need a doctor's advice. We just open up and see who needs us.
