Dr. Jrks Siddha Research & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been here at No. 11 Perumal Koil Street for quite a while now. Being in Kunrathur is nice because it has a bit of a local feel, especially with the temple right there. Dr. Jrks Siddha Research & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a very formal name, but most of us just think of it as our daily workplace where we deal with Siddha medicines. We spend a lot of our time looking at different herbs and figuring out how to make them into products that people can actually use. It is not always exciting work, to be honest. There is a lot of measuring, sitting at desks, and checking on the research files. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our lab area and the places where we keep the records. When you are inside, you can still hear the street noise and the people passing by outside. It keeps things from feeling too quiet or stiff. Most of the staff live nearby, so we just walk or take a short ride to get here. In the afternoons, we usually take a break for tea, and that is when we talk about things other than pharmaceuticals. We just try to get the work done right and keep the research moving along without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a regular business doing its part in the neighborhood.
