Deccani Spices Private Limited

Shakthi Nagarpallavaram is where we’ve set up shop, specifically at M1/1-158 in Rahat Garden. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot in Chennai, but it works for what we do at Deccani Spices Private Limited. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a sturdy place where we handle all our spice work. On most days, the air around the unit smells like pepper or turmeric, which stays on your clothes long after you leave. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows what they have to do without being told. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning in every room, so we keep the fans going and the doors open when we can. The address can be a bit tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time, especially with the way the streets are laid out in this part of town, but once they’ve been here once, they usually remember the way back. We’ve got plenty of bags and crates piled up in the corners, and there is always something that needs to be moved or labeled. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We aren't really interested in the flashy side of business. We just want to get the spices packed and sent off to wherever they are going next. It’s just us, working away in our corner of 600043.
