D L S V Constructions is based over at Palani Garden in Kelambakkam. Our office is at L4 on Vandaloor Road. It's right across the street from the Butterfly building, which is probably the easiest way to find us if you aren't from around here. We handle various construction jobs, mostly local stuff like building houses or doing repairs on commercial properties. It’s a small operation and we spend a lot of our time out on the actual building sites rather than sitting behind desks. The office itself is just a simple place where we keep our tools and look over blueprints. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local suppliers and how the ground is. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. Most of our work comes from neighbors and people who have seen our signs on sites. Sometimes construction gets delayed because of the rain or waiting for materials to arrive, but that’s just how the business goes. We try to be honest with everyone about how long things will take. It’s not a fancy business, just hard work and getting things built. We like being part of the community here and seeing the buildings go up.
