Childs Trust Hospital

We’ve been running Childs Trust Hospital here at No-12 Nageshwara Road for a long time now. Nungambakkam is a busy part of the city, and our building sits right in the middle of all that noise. Most people know the street well. We deal with kids all day long, so it’s rarely quiet inside these walls. You’ll hear crying, laughing, and the sound of nurses rushing down the halls pretty much from morning until night. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. The rooms aren't fancy, but they get the job done when a child is sick. We have a lot of benches in the waiting area because families usually come in groups. Sometimes the floor gets a little scuffed up from all the strollers and feet, but we try to keep it tidy enough. Our staff has been here for years and they know how to handle the busy shifts when the waiting room is full. It’s not like those big corporate hospitals you see in movies. It’s just a local place where we focus on getting the children better and sent back home. There’s always someone at the front desk to help, even when things get a bit chaotic in the afternoons. We’re used to the pace by now. It’s just how things go at this address. We see a lot of regular faces from around Nungambakkam too. We’ve become a part of the daily life on this road.
