Chennai is a hot city, so the ceiling fans are always spinning at top speed to keep the air moving. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s more of a casual, local feel where things are done simply. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to say hello or ask a question. We keep the records in big metal cabinets along the wall. It’s not a high-tech office with everything on tablets, but we know where everything is. Running a clinic in a busy city like this means there is never a dull moment. We just take it one patient at a time and keep things running.
