We are located over at No 40 in Sapthagiri Colony, Jafferkhanpet. It’s a decent spot for an engineering office. We aren't in a high-rise glass building. Instead, we have a more local feel here in the colony. Our days are filled with blueprints, technical drawings, and a lot of talk about site projects. Engineering is a messy business sometimes, with lots of site visits and equipment to manage. Our office is where the planning happens. It’s usually cluttered with rolls of paper and various tools lying around. We have a team that’s been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with it. There’s no corporate speak here; we just talk about what needs to be built and how to fix whatever went wrong on a project. Sometimes we’re out in the field more than we’re in the office. Jafferkhanpet is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of the city relatively easily. We don't put on airs or try to look bigger than we are. We’re just a group of engineers and workers trying to get the structures right. If you come by, you’ll likely see us hunched over a desk or heading out in a jeep to a job site. It’s a straightforward life. Our work is mostly focused on industrial and civil tasks, and we spend most of the morning just coordinating where the trucks and the laborers need to be.
