Our office is located at No.96 on Chokanathar Street, which is also known as New No.10. We are inside the Koil area in Karthikeyan Nagar, Maduravoyal. It’s an interesting spot to work because of the surroundings. Changjiang Pharmachem Private Limited deals with a lot of different chemical and pharmaceutical components. Inside the building, things are usually moving along at a steady pace. We have some long-time employees who have been with us since we first set up in Chennai. The space is a bit older, with some quirks in the walls and floors, but it has a lot of character. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we mostly just have shelves for our files and materials. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the papers, but we try to keep it tidy. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical side of the pharmachem work. We mostly communicate through quick chats during tea breaks. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people doing their jobs. We manage our inventory closely and try to stay on top of the local requirements. Living and working in the 600095 area has become second nature to us. It’s not a flashy business, just a practical one that serves its purpose. We deal with the daily tasks as they come and don't worry too much about the rest of it. It’s just how we get by.
