Our place is located at 472/A in Jain Nagar, which is part of the Amarampedu area in Tambaram. It’s quite a way out from the main bustle, so we have a bit more room to breathe here. C L F Structures isn't a big fancy operation. We have a small office at the front and then the work area in the back where all the noise happens. Most days are filled with the sound of metal and machines. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us are in boots and work shirts all day. Jain Nagar is growing, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up since we started. The roads around here can be a bit tight for the big lorries, so we spend a lot of time guiding them in so they don't hit anything. We don’t have long meetings or anything like that. We usually just talk about what needs to be done over a quick breakfast in the morning. The office is a bit dusty and the chairs are old, but they are comfortable enough. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the work that needs to be done right here in Tambaram.
