We are located at Plot No. 154, over on Fifth Street in the Housing Board Colony of Korattur. Our focus is on specialty chemicals and different mixtures that people need for their specific businesses. It’s a residential area mostly, so we try to keep things quiet and orderly so we don't bother the neighbors. The warehouse space is where we spend most of our time, labeling containers and checking the stock levels. We deal with a lot of different liquids and powders every day. It’s important to keep everything in its right place so there’s no confusion when an order comes in. The weather in Korattur can be pretty humid, which we have to watch out for with some of our sensitive materials. We aren't a massive corporation; it’s just a local operation where we know our customers by name. Often, we are busy on the phone or writing down delivery notes on the clipboard. It’s honest work that keeps us on our feet all day. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble finding the right turn on Fifth Street because the signs aren't great, but they eventually get here. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years. It’s not always easy, but we like being part of the neighborhood. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the chemicals are handled properly before they leave the building.
