Blue Pearl Events

We are located at No:48/2 in the Kilpauk Garden Colony, specifically on the Outer Circular Road in Chennai. It’s a good spot, near the CSI Church and the Jayalalitha Stadium. Blue Pearl Events is a small operation that deals with the daily grind of event planning. Chennai is always moving, and we are right there in the middle of it. We don't have a big, shiny office with a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just us surrounded by event schedules, vendor lists, and a lot of coffee. We spend our days making calls and visiting different venues across the city. The traffic in Kilpauk can be a nightmare, so we’ve learned to plan our logistics carefully. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take the pieces of an event and try to put them together so nothing falls apart. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking things. Sometimes we are at the stadium for work, and other times we are helping out with a small gathering at the church. It’s varied work, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have a lot of time for polished brochures. Most of our work comes from being reliable and knowing how to handle the local chaos. Our space is functional and simple. We just focus on the practical side of things, making sure the equipment arrives on time and the people know where to go.
