Blu Dot Event Organiser

We are located at No 127 on the Bye Pass Road in Velacheri. Our office is right above the IOB Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. Running Blu Dot Event Organiser means we are constantly dealing with a lot of moving parts. Velacheri is a crowded area, so just getting to work in the morning can take a while. Most of our time is spent talking to vendors or trying to find where a delivery truck has gotten lost. It is a lot of logistical work that people don't really see. Our office is filled with old boxes, half-used rolls of tape, and samples of decorations from past events. We don’t have a professional receptionist or a sleek lounge for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a laptop or sorting through a pile of invoices. It is hard work and the hours are often very long, especially when there is an event coming up. We don't try to make it look like a glamorous job because it is mostly about problem-solving. Whether it is a small party or a bigger gathering, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. It is a busy life, but it keeps us active. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized.
