Benco Thermal Technologies Pvt Ltd

Our operation is located at Plot No:236 & 237 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. It’s a fairly large area, and we have a couple of plots to fit all the equipment we need for the thermal work we do. Benco Thermal Technologies Pvt Ltd isn’t a place for people who mind getting a bit of dirt on their shoes. The industrial estate is always full of trucks moving in and out, and there’s a constant background noise of heavy machinery from the neighboring units. Inside our building, things can get pretty warm because of the nature of the processes we run. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get things done. The office part of the building is just a few desks shoved into a corner where we handle the billing and the schedules. It’s not a place for visitors to come and sit on comfortable sofas. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure the temperatures are right and the machines are behaving themselves. Sometimes parts break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a tough environment, but we’re used to the heat and the hard work. We just show up every morning and see what the day’s production schedule looks like for the guys.
