Our office is located at New No 158 on Arcot Road, which used to be Old No 129/1. It’s right across from the Central Ware House in Virugambakkam. Being on Arcot Road means there is a lot of noise from the buses and cars, but it’s a good spot to be. We spend our days looking at maps, booking tickets, and talking to people about where they want to go. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. The office has a few desks and some old calendars on the walls. We’ve been helping folks with their travel plans for quite a long time now. Virugambakkam has changed quite a bit, but we’ve stayed in this same building. It isn't a luxury lounge or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can sit down and figure out a trip. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s available and what the prices are. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a minute, but they usually don't mind. We aren't a massive chain. We are just a local travel office trying to get the details right for everyone who walks in. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
