Anusha Beauty Parlour

My shop is at No 32 on P V Iyer Street. Most people know it because it's right near the Mannady Police Quarters in Broadway. It is a simple place where we do hair and basic beauty stuff. I have been running this for a few years. It's not a big salon like you see in malls. We just have a few chairs and mirrors. Usually, it's local women coming in for a quick trim or getting their eyebrows done. Sometimes it gets crowded on weekends, especially when there's a wedding nearby. We use regular products that people trust. The street can get pretty busy, but inside it’s just us talking and working. I grew up around here so I know most of the faces that walk in. It’s a bit of a small space, but we make it work. We don't have fancy lights or anything, just what we need to see what we're doing. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's a normal business. We do what we can to make people feel a bit better when they leave. Broadway is a loud place, so having a quiet corner to work is nice. We just stick to what we know and keep the shop open for whoever needs us. It's nothing fancy but it's our own little spot on P V Iyer Street.
