Ant Agencies Llp is up on the 8th floor of the Royal Enclave building. We are located in Nerkundram, which is part of the Virugambakkam area of Chennai. Being on the 8th floor is helpful because you can see quite a bit of the city corporation from the windows. It gets hot during the summer, but the height helps with the air. We are at No. 7 on that floor. It is a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going throughout the day. Getting an elevator in the morning can be a bit of a wait sometimes. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. The neighborhood is a mix of residential houses and small businesses. You hear the traffic from the main road, but it is more like background noise once you are inside. We have been in this part of Chennai for a while. It is a convenient spot for us because of the local shops and places to eat nearby.
