Annai Beauty Parlour

Annai Beauty Parlour is located at No.37/1 on Peddu Naicken Street in the Park Town area. We are quite close to the Mint Bus Depot, so there is always a lot of movement around here. Buses coming and going, people rushing to catch their rides—it’s a very active part of Chennai. Our parlour is just a small local spot where we do basic beauty work. It’s been here for years, and we’ve seen a lot of changes on Peddu Naicken Street during that time. We aren't trying to be some big, famous salon. We just want to provide a place for the local women to come and get their threading or hair done without any fuss. The shop is simple and functional. We keep our supplies on the shelves and the chairs ready. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic from the bus depot nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. We know the shopkeepers nearby, and it feels like a little community. Most of our customers are people who live in the surrounding streets or work nearby. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people seeing our sign and coming in. It’s how things have always worked for us at 37/1. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going.
