We’ve been here at 14, Kandalam Road in Kudrathur for a while now. Most people around Tambaram know where we are. Dealing with automation and control panels isn't always simple, but it is what we do every day. We spent a lot of time getting the setup right in the shop. It gets a bit busy around here during the afternoons, especially with the traffic on Kandalam Road. We mostly just focus on getting the work done for the people who walk in or call us. A L M Controls & Automation isn't some huge company with fancy offices. We just have our space where we wire things up and make sure the circuits are doing what they should. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine breaks down somewhere and we have to figure it out fast. It’s mostly technical stuff, a lot of parts and wires everywhere. We keep things moving. If you pass by Kudrathur, you’ll see our sign. We started small and just kept at it. There’s always someone here tinkering with a board or testing a new setup. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps the local industries running. We like being in this part of Tambaram because it's where the actual work happens. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just look at the problem and try to fix it. That's how it's been since we opened up on this road.
