Xposedbrick Realty Llp has its office in Tambaram East. We are located at 101-A on Bharatmata Street. The office is on the ground floor. Tambaram is a major hub for the city because of the big railway station. There is always a lot of movement and people rushing around nearby. Our street is slightly more relaxed than the main road. We have a small sign outside so people can find us. Inside the office it is just a plain room with some desks and chairs. We deal with properties around this part of town. Tambaram has grown so much in the last ten years. It used to feel like the outskirts but now it is a city of its own. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and visiting different sites. The office is not flashy. We just needed a place to work. We get our tea from a stall at the corner of the street. The weather here is typical for Chennai so it is usually quite hot. We keep the fans running all day long. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to have a chat. It is a friendly place to be. We do not use any complicated talk or sales pitches. We just tell people what is available. We have been here for a while and know the local area quite well.
