We have been here at Thaneekaivel Nagar for a while now. If you know the area, our office is right on 1st Main Street in Thirunindravur. It’s a quiet spot most days but we keep busy enough with folks stopping by to ask about plots or house rentals around here. We just sit at the desks and handle whatever comes through the door. Usually, it’s just locals wanting to know who is selling what. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. Just some files and a good knowledge of the streets nearby. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but people still find us. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure things get done without too much of a headache for anyone. It is mostly about knowing the neighbors and which piece of land is available. T G R Real Estate isn't some big city firm with hundreds of people. It’s just us here. We spend our mornings checking the listings and the afternoons talking to people who walk in. If someone needs a place in Thirunindravur, they usually end up finding their way to our door eventually. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New houses go up and old ones get renovated. We just stay in our little corner and keep doing what we do every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to what’s happening on the ground in this part of town.
