You can find us at 11/15 Anna Street in Chitlapakkam. We have been in this part of Tambaram for a long time now. We handle property stuff and it’s a pretty small operation. It’s just a few of us working together in a regular office. We don’t have any big fancy signs or a glass building. It’s just a normal place where we do our work. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people looking for land. Tambaram is growing fast so there is always something to do. We spend our mornings going through the new listings and our afternoons out at the properties. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just show people what’s available and help with the forms. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and tea cups. Sometimes we get behind on the filing because we are out on the field so much. Anna Street is a nice place to be, though it gets a bit crowded during rush hour. We know the history of the plots around here and who used to own what. That helps when people have questions. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and help people with their property needs. It’s a steady life and we keep ourselves busy with it. Every deal is a bit of a process but we get through it.
