We are located out at Vaigai Nagar in Urapakkam. Svh Associates Private Limited takes up plots 64, 65, and 66. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but Urapakkam is growing fast. We have seen a lot of houses go up around us lately. Our office is a simple place where we manage our association work and property bits. We don’t have a flashy entrance. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at the main desk surrounded by folders. We have been here since the area was much quieter. Now there are more cars and people around. It is good to see the progress in Chengalpattu. We handle the usual things like paperwork, site visits, and meeting with people who are looking for a spot to build. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just tell folks what the situation is with the land or the project. Sometimes things take longer than expected because of the government rules, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that is part of the job. We are glad to be part of the community here in Vaigai Nagar. If you are in the area, you can easily spot our building among the plots. We are just regular people working hard every day to get things sorted.
