We are based out of 6/228 in Parasakthi Nagar. This is in Pareri Village, which is near Singaperumal Koil. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Chengalpet, but that’s where the work is. The office is a simple building surrounded by a lot of greenery. We spend a lot of time outdoors on the sites, so the office is mainly for midday breaks and paperwork. It’s a quiet area for the most part. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need much ceremony. There’s a big table in the middle where we spread out the blueprints. Sometimes the electricity goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. It’s not a high-tech environment. We use what we have and get the job done. The local villagers know us well since we’ve been in Pareri for a while. We often have people stopping by to ask about work or just to say hello. It feels more like a community hub than a corporate office. We don't worry about having the latest gear or fancy carpets. The floors are concrete because they’re easy to clean after a day at the site. It’s a practical, honest way to run things. We like the pace here. It's steady and keeps us busy. We just keep things moving forward one project at a time.
