S Sobha Devolepers Ltd

We are over here at Mahindra World City in Chennai, just doing what we can with the property side of things. It gets pretty hot out here most days, so we spend a lot of time between the office and the various spots where stuff is actually getting built. S Sobha Devolepers Ltd has been around this part of Tamil Nadu for a bit now. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or talk like some big corporate machine. Mostly, it is just about managing the sites and making sure the people working on the buildings have what they need. Some days the traffic coming into 603002 is a real headache, but we make it work. We have our small team and we keep things moving. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with when you are in development, and our desks usually have stacks of maps and plans sitting on them. It is not always glamorous, honestly. There is a lot of dust and noise, but that is just part of the job when you are based out of a place like Mahindra World City. We know the local area well and we just stick to what we know. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the phone or checking some blueprints. It is just a regular office where we try to get things sorted for the projects we have going on at any given time.
