Out here in Madurantakam, we operate Sudharson Promoters Private Limited from a building on Meenakshi Amman Koil Street. It is right in Ward No 7, specifically at Door No 42. Being near the temple street means there is always something going on, whether it is a festival or just the usual local crowd walking by. The office is a practical space where we handle all our promoter work for the Kancheepuram area. We have maps pinned to the walls and stacks of files that probably need better organizing, but we know where everything is. The air gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the street, but that is just how it is around here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few local folks who understand how things work in this town. Most of our day is spent talking to people about land and making sure the details are right. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We drink a lot of tea while we sit around the main table discussing the next steps for different projects. The town is growing, but it still has that small-place feel where everyone knows each other’s business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the plots we are managing, making sure the records are clear and the people are satisfied with what they see.
