Our office is located inside the SSPDL Alpha City on OMR. We are specifically in the Gamma Block on the third floor. It is a big building with a lot of other companies around, so it stays pretty active. Being in Chinglepet means we see a lot of people commuting in and out for work. We mostly deal with property things from this desk. It’s a bit of a walk from the main entrance to get to our block, but the elevators usually work fine. We’ve set up our space to be functional. There’s a lot of glass and concrete in this area of Kanchipuram. We spend most of our day looking at maps or talking on the phone. Sometimes the coffee machine down the hall is the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a standard professional space, nothing too crazy. We don't have a huge staff, just enough to keep the operations going without much fuss. The view from the third floor is alright, you can see the road and the traffic moving along OMR. It’s a fast-paced environment out there, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We handle a lot of the back-end work for property deals. It’s just what we do every day. No big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do the tasks, and head home like everyone else in the city.
