Shubhan Restaurant Private Limited

Shubhan Restaurant is located in the Hansa Pearl Apartments in West Tambaram. We are on the ground floor, G1 and 1B, right in CTO Colony 1st Street. It is a residential area, so we get a lot of locals coming by. We started this place because we wanted to have a small eatery in our own neighborhood. The kitchen is small but we make it work for us. It gets quite busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We do not have a fancy menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. Sometimes the stove acts up and we have to call the repairman, which is always a headache. The tables and chairs are simple, nothing fancy, just a place to sit and eat. We do most of the work ourselves, from taking orders to cleaning the floors at night. It is a lot of work and our feet usually ache by the time we close up. We are not part of any big corporate group. We are just a local business trying to make a go of it. We like the community here in West Tambaram. People are friendly and they tell us honestly if they liked the food or not. We appreciate that kind of directness. It is just a normal restaurant run by normal people.
