Salem Rr Biriyani Private Limited is over here at East Tambaram, right on Air Force Road at number 10. It’s basically just us doing our thing with food every day. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now in the Chennai area. It gets busy on this road, especially being near the base, so we see a lot of people coming and going. Honestly, we just focus on getting the rice and meat right. We started out as a private limited setup because that’s how the paperwork needed to be done, but it’s really just a kitchen and some tables. Most people around Kancheepuram know where we are. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where you can grab a meal without any fuss. The weather here in Tamil Nadu can get pretty hot, so we try to keep things moving fast. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from their neighbors. If you’re walking down East Tambaram, you’ll see our sign. We keep the place clean, or at least we try our hardest to keep up with the rush. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. Nothing complicated about it. We just cook, serve, and do it all again tomorrow. Sometimes we run out of stuff early, which is annoying, but that’s just how it goes when things are busy. We’re just a local business trying to keep people fed.
