Saar Land Developers Private Limited is located at Mambakkam in the Sunguvarchatram area. Our office is 1/68 in the S A Complex which sits right on the Bangalore Main Road. This part of Sriperumbudur is always moving because of all the industry nearby. You can hear the big trucks rolling down the highway at almost any hour. We do our land development work from this small office. It is mostly just desks covered in maps and site layouts. Kancheepuram district is growing fast and we are right in the middle of it. The S A Complex is a simple place to work from. We are not really into the big corporate style of doing things. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get the land cleared or the permits filed. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just how it is here. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby and then get back to looking at plots. It is a lot of walking around in the sun and then coming back here to write it all down. We have seen this road change a lot over the years with more buildings popping up every month. We just keep doing our part in Mambakkam. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and the office is always full of paper. There is never a dull moment when the highway is this close.
