RAGHAVA MANI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Lakshmi Nivas, which is right on 1st Main Road in Venkatrama Nagar. We are in the G3 unit at 9B. Chitlapakkam is a busy part of Chennai and we’ve seen it grow a lot over the years. Our days usually start pretty early before the traffic gets too bad. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites across the city. Construction is a messy business, no matter how much you try to keep things organized. There are always piles of sand or bags of cement sitting around somewhere. We aren't really into the flashy side of business. We just look at the blueprints and get to work. Sometimes the weather in Chennai makes things difficult, either it's too hot or it's raining sideways. We just deal with it. Our office in Venkatrama Nagar is where we keep the maps and the permits. It’s not a large place, but it works for what we need. We've got a small crew of regulars who know how we like things done. Most of the time, we are just focused on the next brick or the next slab of concrete. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. People know us in the neighborhood as the ones who are always busy with some project or another. It’s just how we’ve always done things around here.
