Radice Ispat India Ltd.

We’ve been out here in Kumurawadi Village for a good while now. It’s a quiet spot in Madhurantakam Taluk, away from the big city noise, though the factory itself stays pretty loud during the day. Radice Ispat India Ltd. is just what we do every morning. We show up at number 10, open the gates, and get to work with the iron and steel. It’s dusty and hot, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the metal roofs, but that is just part of the job. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local roads well. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, big ledgers, and the sound of machines running in the back. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until things get moving again. People around here know where to find us if they need something. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure the trucks are loaded right. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, we're just focused on getting the orders out on time without too much fuss. There’s always someone drinking tea near the main entrance or talking about the weather. It’s a plain place, really. We just keep our heads down and handle the steel work as it comes in.
