Raarbuild Constructions Private Limited is located over in Kanchipuram district, specifically in Chrompet. Our office is at No-2, Thirumalai Street, in the Fathima Nagar area of Nemilicherry. It is a residential neighborhood, which makes for a calm place to have an office. We handle construction projects, mostly around this part of the city. Being in Chrompet means we are a bit away from the main Chennai center, but it works for us. The office on Thirumalai Street is where we keep all our tools and records. It is a basic setup, nothing too fancy to look at. We are just a small team trying to get houses and buildings up. We do not go for any of that corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or materials do not show up on time, but that is construction for you. We just deal with it and move on to the next task. Fathima Nagar is a nice spot and we have been here for a while now. Most people around here know us by now. We are just regular folks working a job we know well. We do not have a big marketing budget, we just rely on the work we have done before. It is a simple way to run a business but it keeps us going every day.
