We are based out of Medavakkam, right on Periyar Street at number 212/5. If you know this part of Chennai, you know how much it has changed lately. Pranavee Homes And Construction Private Limited started because we saw all the new families moving in and needing decent places to stay. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who know how to handle bricks, cement, and wood. We spend a lot of our time on the move between different house plots. Medavakkam can be a bit chaotic with all the new construction, but we like being right in the middle of it. Our days usually start early, before the sun gets too high, and end when we've done enough for the day. We don’t have a lot of polished speeches or marketing materials. We just talk to people plainly about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule or we have to wait on a delivery, but that's just part of the job. We try to keep things simple and honest. Most of our tools are kept in the back of the trucks, and our office is mostly for keeping the receipts and plans organized. We’re local people, and we like seeing the neighborhood grow one house at a time. It’s satisfying to see a roof go on a house we started from nothing. It makes all the sweat worth it in the end.
