Our office is located at No 43 M.I.T Colony in Urapakkam. It’s right in the Iyancherry area, which is part of Chengalpattu. OM SARAVANABHAVA REALTORS LLP is a small outfit. We don't have a big corporate building or a bunch of managers. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Being out here in Kanchipuram district means we see a lot of land and residential development. Most of our day is spent driving around to different sites or sitting in the office with a cup of coffee. It gets dusty sometimes with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We aren't here to give you a polished sales pitch. We just know the local layout and what the prices are looking like this week. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which makes it a good place to focus. We’ve been around this part of Tamil Nadu for a while now. People know where to find us when they need help with property documents or finding a plot. We don't have any fancy tech, just some computers and a lot of local knowledge. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We try to be fair and just do what we say we’re going to do.
