Obron Prh&Son'S Private Limited

We are located on the first floor of the Prh Building at 13/380 in Achanambalam, which is under the Kannamangalam PO. Obron Prh&Son'S Private Limited is a family-run kind of setup, and you can tell as soon as you walk in. There are photos on the wall and a lot of old furniture that has been moved from office to office over the years. We deal with various aspects of development and business management from this space. Being on the first floor is okay, though the stairs can be a bit much for some people when they are carrying heavy folders. The building itself is a bit older, but it has character and it’s in a part of Achanambalam that we really like. It’s close enough to everything we need but still feels like its own little neighborhood. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting with people who need things sorted out. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we take our time to make sure things are done right. The staff here is mostly local, so we know the area well. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just listen to what people need and see if we can make it happen from our little office here. It’s a quiet life, but it’s good work and we are happy to be doing it. Most days we are done by six and head home to the family.
