Marvigrad Developers Private Limited is located over at No 12 on Bala Krishna Street. If you know S.V. Nagar in Perugalathur, you know it’s a neighborhood that’s changing pretty fast. We are right in the middle of it. Our office in Chennai is where we spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over blueprints for whatever project is currently on the go. We don't have a big corporate setup with a receptionist and all that. It’s mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a build. Being in Tamil Nadu, we deal with the heat just like everyone else, and that definitely dictates when the heavy work gets done on-site. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or making sure the supplies actually show up when they are supposed to, which doesn't always happen. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we like the local vibe of Perugalathur. It’s a bit quieter than the main city center but still plenty busy. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. It's about bricks, mortar, and making sure the walls are straight. We have our hands full most weeks, but we always find time to walk down the street for a quick break. It’s just a normal business doing its best in a busy city and making it work.
