Latha Organics Private Limited

Our place is 7/76/1, near Rakkachipuramvelampatti. It’s a bit out of the way, but that suits us just fine. Latha Organics is really just a small group of us working close to the land. Being near Velampatti means we aren't stuck in the city traffic, which is a big plus. The building is simple, just four walls and a roof that sometimes leaks a bit when the monsoon hits hard. We spend more time in the fields than inside anyway. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we wash the dirt off our hands. We do things the old way, mostly. We like knowing exactly where everything comes from. The neighbors are all farmers too, so we all look out for each other. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We have a couple of old desks and a computer that’s a bit slow, but it gets the job done. We don't do much advertising. People usually find out about us through word of mouth. It’s about being honest and doing the work every day. Sometimes the crops don't do what you expect, and you just have to adapt. That’s what we do here. It’s not perfect, but it’s real. Living and working out here means you get used to the quiet. There isn't much in the way of shops, so we bring our own lunches and sit under the neem tree during the hot afternoons.
