Golden Chest Organic Farms Llp is located on the 5th floor of the Gamma Block in Alpha City IT Park. It is a bit strange being an organic farm company in the middle of a massive tech park in Navalur. We are surrounded by software companies and people with badges, while we are mostly thinking about soil quality and crop rotations. The view from the 5th floor looks out over Rajiv Gandhi Salai, and the traffic on OMR is always a sight to see. It is a long commute for most of us, but this is where the office ended up. We use this space to handle all the logistics and the sales side of the business. It is much cleaner here than it is at the farm, that is for sure. We do not have a lot of decorations, just the necessary computers and some chairs that have seen better days. Even though we are in a polished IT park, we try to keep things down to earth. We are not interested in the corporate rat race. We just need a central spot to manage the different farm locations. Sometimes we feel a bit out of place when we are talking about manure and seeds in the elevator with people talking about coding, but it is okay. It is a practical location for getting things done in Chennai, and we just focus on the work at hand every day.
