You can find us at Sivagami Illam on South Street. It’s Plot No. 48 in Balaji Nagar, over in the Asthinapuram part of Chrompet. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We do engineering and contracting work. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff. We don’t sit in an air-conditioned office all day. Most of the time, we’re out at different sites around Chrompet or further out in Chennai. Our base here in Balaji Nagar is where we keep our records and meet up to plan the day. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy brochures. If you need to talk to us, you just come by the house. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local suppliers and how things work around here. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just take the work we get and try to do a decent job of it. It’s a small operation. A few of us handle the paperwork while the rest are on the tools. It keeps us busy enough. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It’s a good place to run a business from for us.
