Kasthuri Infra Projects Private Limited is based on the 3rd floor of the Gamma Block in Alpha City, which is part of the SSPDL campus in Navalur. Even though we are in a modern IT park setting, we are an infrastructure company through and through. Our office at No. 25 is where we handle the planning and administration for our projects. It is a bit different from being out on a dusty site, but we still keep things pretty informal inside the office. We don't go in for the whole corporate culture thing; we are just here to do our work. Navalur has become such a hub lately, and being in Alpha City means we are around a lot of other businesses. Even so, our focus stays on the construction side of things. We have a small team that manages the schedules and keeps track of all the moving parts. It can get pretty busy during the week, especially with the heavy traffic on the OMR. We don't have a PR team or anyone to make us sound more important than we really are. We just take on projects and do our best to get them through to completion. There is a lot of paperwork in this business, so someone is always at a desk typing away or filing something. We try to be straightforward and just deal with the realities of the job. It is a busy life, but it suits us well enough.
