We are based out of Silampu Nagar in Medambakkam, right at survey number 66/23. It’s a growing spot, and we’ve seen a lot of houses go up around us lately. Kalabam Realtors Private Limited isn’t a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who decided to set up shop here because we know the Medambakkam area like the back of our hands. Our office is simple and doesn't have any of that corporate feel. We spend our mornings checking out new sites and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork that comes with land deals. It can get pretty busy, and the phone doesn't stop ringing sometimes. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. People just walk in, and we talk to them about what they are looking for. Sometimes the rain makes the roads around Silampu Nagar a bit muddy, but we still go out to show properties. It’s better to be honest about what a piece of land is really like, even if it isn't perfect. We’ve been here long enough to know which parts of the neighborhood are the quietest and which ones are going to be noisy soon. It’s just a local business run by local people. We keep things straightforward and don't use any of those big words you see in advertisements. We are just here at S.NO. 66/23 doing our daily work in the real estate market.
