Hotplates Cuisines Llp

Our kitchen is located at No.2/393 on Pudupakkam Main Road. We are in Village No. 41, right there in the Chengalpet area of Kancheepuram. It’s a lively place to be. We spend our days dealing with stoves, ovens, and a lot of ingredients. Cooking for a lot of people is different than cooking at home. It’s fast and it can get pretty loud when everyone is working at once. We started this because we liked being around food, but it turned into a lot of logistics too. We have to make sure the supplies arrive on time and the orders get out the door while they’re still hot. The floors are usually a bit slippery by the end of the night, and there is always a mountain of dishes to do. We aren't some big restaurant chain with a fancy headquarters. We’re just a local business with a kitchen on the main road. The staff is a mix of people who just want to do a good job. We don't have any fancy titles. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed, whether that’s chopping vegetables or cleaning up. Sometimes we try new recipes and they don’t work out, so we just try again. It's a very human process. We’re just here in Pudupakkam, keeping the hotplates going day after day. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
