Our office is located at Plot Number 41, Door Number 2, on Parvathy Nagar 4th Street. We are part of the VGP Srinivasa Avenue area in Rajakilpakkam. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet spot to work from. As builders and promoters, we spend a lot of time on site making sure the bricks are being laid right and the cement is good. It’s a hands-on job. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day while others do the hard work. We like to see the progress ourselves. Rajakilpakkam is growing, and we have seen a lot of new houses go up around us. We just try to contribute to that in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the supply of materials gets interrupted or the labor is hard to find, but we deal with those hurdles as they come. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just build things and hope the quality speaks for itself. People come to us because they want a house that stands up well over time. We just provide the basic, solid work that is needed. It is a busy life, but it is what we know. We aren't fancy, but we get the building done eventually, and we do it right.
