We are located at No. 107 on the Velachery Main Road in Pallikaranai. It is a very busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. EVVI PROPERTIES LLP is the name of our small operation. Being in the Tambaram and Kanchipuram area means we see a lot of movement in the local real estate market. We spend most of our time helping people find small apartments or plots around the 600100 zip code. Our office is a very simple setup. We have a couple of old desks, some plastic chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. It is not a very polished place, but it is where we get our work done. A typical day for us is filled with phone calls and visiting different sites. We have to make sure the properties we list are actually in good shape and that the owners have all their papers ready. It is tedious work sometimes, but it is necessary to avoid problems later. We do not use any rehearsed scripts when we talk to our clients.
