Essan Build Private Limited

Our small office is located at No 3 on Gangai Amman Koil Street in the Pulikoradu area of Tambaram West. It’s a residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main Tambaram stretch. Essan Build Private Limited is just a small team of us working on local construction and building projects. We spend a lot of our time walking to nearby sites or sitting in the office trying to figure out budget spreadsheets and material costs. The 600045 area is where we do most of our work. There’s a temple nearby, so we hear the bells in the morning which is a nice way to start our workday. Our office is pretty cramped with all the drawings and samples of tiles and paint. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with offices all over the country. We just like building houses and helping people get their local homes finished. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to push back our schedules, which is always a bit frustrating for everyone involved. We eat at the local canteen most days and talk about the next steps for whatever project we’re currently on. It’s a simple life. We know the local vendors and the people who live on our street. We’re just regular folks who happen to know a lot about building. We don’t have a slick sales pitch, just a lot of practical experience.
