Ellery Projects Private Limited

Our office is situated at Plot No.48 in K.J. Nagar Extension 1, out in Guduvanchery. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s where all the growth is happening right now. We started Ellery Projects to handle the kind of work that needs a local touch. The area around us is still developing, so there’s always some construction noise or a tractor moving somewhere nearby. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve going out to the different project sites. It gets quite hot out here, so we appreciate the fan in the office. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours to manage projects and see them through. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues at the sites, which takes up a lot of our time. We keep a small team because it’s easier to manage that way. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; usually, one of us just gets up to open the door if someone knocks. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We know the local vendors and the guys who supply the sand and steel. Being out in Guduvanchery means we have to be more self-reliant. We just focus on the next step of whatever project is on the table and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a slow and steady process that we’ve gotten used to.
