We are over here at No. 57 on Dharga Road in Zamin Pallavaram. It is a busy part of Rajaji Nagar and you can always hear the traffic outside our door. Most days start pretty early because there is a lot to get ready before people start coming in for their meals. We called it Day2Day Restaurant India Private Limited because it really is a daily thing for us. We just show up and get to work in the kitchen. The address is 600043 if you are looking for us on a map. Sometimes the mail gets confused because of how the streets are laid out around here, but we have been at this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy place with big signs or anything. Just a regular building where we handle the cooking and the cleaning. We spend a lot of time making sure things are done right, even if it’s just the small stuff like mopping the floor or checking the supplies. Living and working in Chennai means dealing with the heat, so we just try to keep things moving. There are plenty of other shops nearby, so Rajaji Nagar stays quite lively until late at night. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here at the Dharga Road location doing what we do every single day. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us just going about our business.
