Our office is at Flat A7 inside the Terraspace Blooming Dale complex. It sits on Plot No. 1-7 in Jayachandran Nagar, which is over in Jalladanpet near Tambaram. CLYDE HILL PROPERTIES LLP is the name we use for our business things. We are based in the 600100 area of Kanchipuram district. Since it is a residential area, it is usually much quieter than the big city roads. We work on property management and sales for folks around here. Most of the time we are dealing with house listings. It takes a lot of coordination between people who want to move and people who are looking to sell their old place. We have a small office where we handle all the registrations and the legal documents. It is not a massive corporate space, just a regular room where we can focus. We spend a lot of our time out in the neighborhoods though. You cannot really do this job well if you stay behind a desk all day long. We have to go look at the houses ourselves to see what condition they are in. We do not use any fancy sales tactics or scripts. We just show the property and answer the questions that come up. Dealing with real estate in Tamil Nadu means keeping up with many different rules. We try our best to stay informed so things go smoothly for the families we help.
